Refunds for educational purchases

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains when and how you may request a refund for paid educational products, digital guides, and guidance programs purchased from Inventionmastery through inventionmastery.world. Purchases are for educational materials and planning support only—not medical services. We aim for fair, transparent handling consistent with consumer protection laws in the United States and the European Union where applicable.

2. Digital educational products

Downloadable guides, meal plan templates, and self-paced program materials are delivered electronically. If you experience technical failure preventing access and we cannot resolve it within five business days, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

If you have downloaded or viewed more than twenty percent of the material, refunds may be partial or declined because the educational value has been delivered. We assess each request individually.

3. Live guidance sessions and consulting

Scheduled educational consultations may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations with 48 hours or more notice receive a full refund of session fees. Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit the session fee unless we can fill the slot or exceptional circumstances apply.

If we cancel a session, you may choose a reschedule or full refund.

4. Multi-week programs and challenges

Structured programs describe deliverables on the sales page. Withdrawal within the first 7 days of program start, before accessing week two materials, qualifies for an 80 percent refund to account for onboarding costs. After week two begins, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. EU and UK right of withdrawal

Consumers in the European Union and United Kingdom generally have a 14-day right to cancel distance contracts for digital content unless they expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge loss of the withdrawal right. At checkout, you may be asked to confirm immediate access; if you confirm, statutory withdrawal may not apply once download begins.

6. Non-refundable items

  • Third-party fees or taxes already remitted to authorities.
  • Products explicitly marked non-refundable at purchase with clear disclosure.
  • Services fully delivered as described when no material defect exists.
  • Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may be contested with documentation.

7. How to request a refund

Email assist@inventionmastery.world with subject line Refund Request. Include your full name, order date, product name, and reason. We respond within three business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days; bank posting times vary.

8. Partial refunds and credits

Where full refunds are not available, we may offer store credit toward another educational product of equal or lesser value, valid for 12 months. Credits are non-transferable unless we agree otherwise in writing.

9. Disputes and chargebacks

Contact us before initiating a payment dispute so we can investigate. Unauthorized charge claims are handled per card network rules. Repeated abusive disputes may result in account restriction.

10. Changes to this policy

Updates appear with a new effective date in the hero section. Purchases made before a change are generally governed by the policy in effect at purchase unless law requires otherwise.
